Homo Faber is the premier international exhibition celebrating fine craftsmanship in Venice. Xilografia curated the exhibition design for several display rooms for both the 2024 and 2026 editions, confirming its status as an exceptional partner in trade show and exhibition fitting.

“An Island of Light”
Xilografia curated the set design for three spaces:

A Rainbow of Forms / Sala Chiostro dei Cipressi _ An elliptical installation featuring faceted mirrors, complemented by a mirrored ceiling that infinitely multiplies light and colors.

An Infinite Birdsong / Sala Bianca _ Mirrored walls with luminous geometric patterns evoke Venetian architectural motifs. LED display cases and reflective platforms transform the room into a chest of infinite light.

A Library of Lungs / Basketball Court _ Five solid wood sculptures in the outdoor garden, interpreting Es Devlin’s paper sculptures.

Homo Faber 2024
“The Journey of Life”
Xilografia set up the DIALOGUES Room and the AFTERLIFE Room for the third edition of Homo Faber. Set within the monumental complex of the Fondazione Giorgio Cini on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore in Venice, over 800 objects by more than 400 artisans from 70 countries around the world were showcased.
